A lovely moment last week as I had the chance to meet the new owners of Aherne’s Seafood Restaurant, John & Julie Finn.
I’d like to wish John and Julie every success as they begin this exciting new chapter. Aherne’s has been at the heart of Youghal for generations, and I have no doubt they will continue its wonderful tradition of hospitality and excellence.
I’d also like to wish the previous owners every happiness in their well-deserved retirement and thank them for their many years of dedication to Aherne’s and to Youghal.
